Park Size
Typically, 50 to 200 sites. We’re not chasing mega-resorts; we’re looking for parks with real character, built by owners who care about the guest experience and that have room to grow.
Financials
We look at parks across a range of financial profiles, stable performers, turnaround opportunities, and everything in between. We underwrite honestly and make offers we can stand behind. No surprises at closing.
